Application Process

Now that we have told you everything you need to know about the Business & Decision Graduate Programme, you’ll be thinking… How do I apply? We have it covered in four easy steps:

Process Diagram 

Step 1: Online Application

Complete the online application form; filling in your personal details and uploading your CV and covering letter.

Step 2: Aptitude Test

Once we have reviewed your application, we will ask you to complete an online aptitude test. This helps us measure your core skills and to see if the role is the right fit for you.

Step 3: Assessment Day

Once we have reviewed your aptitude score, we may ask you to attend one of our assessment days. We will ask you take part in a group exercise and give a short presentation.

Step 4: Offer

Shortly after your assessment day, we will contact you if you have been successful in securing a position. Candidates who have not been successful will be notified and given feedback on their performance in the process.
